  • As soon as possible! Working with an interior designer prior to starting the design process can help you make the right design decisions, and prevent costly mistakes being made.

    There is a common misconception that an interior designer's role is to simply focus on the aesthetics. However, lighting plans are designed prior to the first fix around your furniture layout to prevent rewiring mistakes.

  • The online design process can take from 2 weeks - 6 weeks. However, this is dependent on the requirements of the project. We can discuss this in detail during our call.

  • We take 50% deposit to secure your booking date and upon completion of the project we take the remaining 50% of the payment prior to handing over the project.

  • Bespoke Cushions 4 weeks

    Curtains - 4-6 weeks

    Roman Blinds 4-6 weeks

    Curtain Tracks - Up to 5 working Days, these can be delivered in close proximity to install or in advance if client can store them. 

    • Mainland UK - Sent on a next day service allowing 2 working days, not including weekends. If delivery is sent on a Friday should receive on Monday. Upto size 60x60x60cm = £7.90 up to 10kg via DPD if covers are sent via DPD and not inserts, price will remain the same. They can be shipped via another carrier or Royal Mail for a reduced fee.

    • If sending to Scotland, Scottish Highlands, Northern Ireland, Channel Islands or Isle of Man, remote areas will dispatch on an express delivery allowing 2-5 working days. Price varies depending on location Scotland mainland £7.90 upto 10kg for Highlands £22.90 upto 10kg, maximum size box is 60cm x 60cm x 60cm.

    • USA - Price Upon Request

    • Middle East - Price Upon Request

    • Delivery for Curtains, Roman Blinds, Wall Panels

    • Pricing will be included on the quotes as it can vary depending on the size of the box and weight. 

  • Feather inserts are recommend and feathers are ethically and humanely sourced. For those with Allergy or personal preference Fibre is the alternative insert provided. Inserts are manufactured in Lancashire. Inserts should be bigger than the cover an advise by 2”. 18”x18” covers should have 20” x 20” inserts. 

  • We make sure our clients send over detailed floor plans, images/videos of their space, as part of our client research. Therefore, I have a strong understanding of my clients' requirements, this makes house visits unnecessary and keeps the design costs down for you, so, you can invest in key design pieces for your home.

  • Yes, I absolutely can! Whether you require a colour consultation, lighting plan or a mix of design services. Just let me know what you require and I can tailor a package which is perfect for you.

  • All samples will be sent to you by post. You will receive your design by email as a PDF presentation. I will give you time to take a look at the design and as part of our post design support, we will then schedule a call for you to discuss any last questions you may have.
